Commissioner Donly made a motion that this date be approved, seconded by Vice Mayor Berriuo and passed unanimously. A petition was presented with 137 signatures supporting the limiting of building ` heights to no more than 4 stories and maximum density to no more than a. 12 to the acre (exception density of 17 to the acre where prior site 'k approval had been previously approved). The Commission stated that they want the Planning & Zoning Board to put their input into variances, special exceptions and site plan approval, other accessory uses would be at the discretion of the Building Official.. The Commission set another workshop for Monday, March 29 to further discuss the Zoning Ordinance with Mr. Littrell and to discuss the P.U.D. Robert R.
