Mayor Duncanson expressed his disappointment in the Broward delegation for shirking their responsibilities in the past two years and not coming up with a solution before now. Vice Mayor Bertino expressed his views and leaned to the possibility of. an annexation program in guaranteed stages, the area the city desires. The Commission asked that the City Attorney check into possible legal action against the State for causing damage to the population of Dania by forcing this annexation. Commissioner Donly reported the Delegations thinking as to the cost of providing services in that area. After reviewing and comparing the City's and the Legislative Delegations possible revenue and expenditures, comparable figures were compiled to be presented at the January 29th public hearing of the Legislative delegation. After further input from Lt.
