Mayor: Robert H. Duncanson
Vice Mayor: John Bertino
Commissioners: Jobn Kay
Robert Donly
City Manager: John Kooser
City Clerk: Wanda Mullikin
City Attorney: Jack Milbery
2. This meeting was called to consider a resolution to the Broward
County Commission in reference to a county wide interim develop-
ment plan. A motion was made by Vice Mayor Bertino, seconded
by Commissioner Donly to adopt a resolution requesting the
County Commission to adopt an interim development plan that
would restrict development in areas where the health, safety
and welfare of people would be affected, until the county land
use plan is adopted. Areas to be restricted, to be determined
by the county commission. This resolution to include findings
in proposed ordinance from the County. This motion was passed
unanimously.
