h' Rentals over 5 units;
> Motels over 5 units;
Hotels over 10 rooms;
All offices over single use;
Trailer parks;
Business's under State or County law which
require more frequent pickup than twice
a week.
4. Mr. McNally gave a breakdown of personnel and salaries and changes were
minimal.
5. Revenues for the 1975/76 budget were reviewed. The General Fund, it was
decided, should be used for improvements and the Utility Fund for paving
and drainage. Mr. McNally raised the point that utility money could
not be used for drainage. It is important that the proper funds be
used for various assessments and that capital funding doesn't have to do
with the budget itself.
6, Dania School was inspected and considered to be quite sound as far as
the construction and with cooperation of community groups and $40,000,
capital funds or possibly less, it would be a great building for City
Hall. The commission was quite excited about the possibilities and
Mr. Kay was asked to investigate the day after Labor Day and report
back to the commission.
