Kay Vice Mayor: Robert Duncanson Commissioners: William Jackson John Kay Absent: Commissioner: Frank Adler (sick) Present: City Clerk: Wanda Mullikin Assistant City Manager: Charles McNally Z. Mr. McNally presented the first budget revision as directed by the Commission on the previous hearing. The revised budget excluded the originally proposed garbage fee and the 5% emergency millage. The individual expenditures were analyzed and some modifications were made to be a part of the final revised budget to be considered at a workshop meeting, Saturday, August IOth. Commissioner Jackson made a motion that the budget be revised in such a manner that there would be no Increase in the millage and that there be no garbage fee.
