Kay ® Vice Mayor: Robert Duncanson Commissioners: Frank Adler William E. Jackson John Kay City Manager: Woodward M. Hampton City Clerk: Wanda Mullikin ® City Attorney: Robert Dubow 2. On a motion by Commissioner Jackson, seconded by Commissioner Adler the resolution to preserve the Dania Elementary School 's original building, passed unanimously. liuch discussion was had on the Reynolds, Smith and Hills' report. More input was given to the planners which they will implement into Choir final plan. On a motion by Commissioner Adler, seconded by Commissioner Jackson, $5,000.00 was released to be paid to the Area Planning Board for this report. There were five ayes. ® 4. Commissioner Duncanson made a motion authorizing the City Attorney 10 draw a resolution to the Board of County Commissioners that the City does not intent to fluoridate the City's water at this time, but will budget for this in the future. Commissioner Kay seconded. The motion passed unanimously. ® 5. Pipeline and hydrants bid for S.E. 7th Street. The City Manager reported that A & 0 Supply was low bidder for this project. Commissioner Duncanson made a motion to award the bid to A $ B. Commissioner Kay seconded and the motion passed unanimously. 6. Tho Police Chief, James Longo, appeared before the Commission and ® reported on certain questions that had arisen concerning his applying for a job in another city. The Commission indicated Their feelings in this regard. The Chief will not use applications for information or for jobs unless notice is given o the City I-Ianager in a professional manner.
