Attorney Regis Reasbeck came before the Dania City Commission
representing Edward Baxter. Mr. Reasbeck said he had advised his
client, Mr. Baxter not to appear before the City Commission to
present a thorough analysis and discussion of the matter of his
termination, until a report of the Grand Jury has been made public.
Commissioner Ray made a motion to postpone the hearing until as
soon as possible after the Grand Jury releases all concerned parties.
Mayor Jackson seconded. There were five ayes.
The hearing was adjourned.
