1. Invocation by Mayor, William Jackson.
2. Pledge of allegiance to the flag.

4. The first item on the City Manager's report pertaining to the
Trails End Trailer Park assessment on the new portion was
discussed. Commissioner Salvino made a motion to table the
matter. Commissioner Kelly seconded. There were three ayes.
5. Commissioner Salvino made a motion to approve the bill for
sandblasting and repair work done at the water plant by the
Jack Allen Company in the amount of $8,936.00. Commissioner
Kelly seconded. There were three ayes.
6. Commissioner Salvino made a motion to approve the purchase of
a radio unit for the new police car, at the county unit price
bid. Commissioner Kelly seconded. There were three ayes.
7. Commissioner Kelly made a motion to approve the City Manager's
' request to renew Policy SRX10624 (Fire Volunteers) and Policy
SRX93768 (Police Reserve) with Aetna Life Insurance Company.
Commissioner Salvino seconded. There were three ayes.
8. Commissioner Kelly made a motion to authorize the City
Manager to go ahead and put the two drains and a sidewalk in
on the property east of the Post Office, if he can get
approval from the owner. Commissioner Salvino seconded.
There were three ayes.
9. Commissioner Kelly made a motion to waive the interest on
Mrs. Isom's assessment #136.69. Commissioner Salvino seconded.
There were four ayes.
10. Commissioner Kelly reported that his committee is still looking
into the sidewalk matter at Northwest Tenth Street.
11. Commissioner Salvino made a motion to table the third reading
of the Off-Street Parking Ordinance until the next meeting.
Commissioner Waiters seconded. There were four ayes.
12. Commissioner Waiters made a motion to pass the Trailer
Ordinance on its third and final reading. Commissioner
Salvino seconded. There were four ayes.
13. The City Attorney said he would have a resolution concerning
sewer -rates for business and commercial establishments, drawn
up to present to the City Commission at the next meeting. A
public hearing will be set for April 5, 1971.

14. Commissioner Waiters made a motion to adopt a resolution to
accept the Right of Way deed for the four feet in front of
the Hong Kong Gallery on North Federal Highway. When the
City sees a need they will put in a sidewalk at their expense.
® Commissioner Salvino seconded. There were four ayes.
15. Commissioner Salvino made a motion to accept the City Manager's
recommendation to accept Mr. Nelson's deed on the ten feet
Right of Way north of where the 'alley was proposed to be.
Commissioner Kelly seconded. There were three ayes.
® Commissioner Waiters abstained.
The meeting was adjourned.
