$950.00. City Engineer John Farina stated that hechecled the work and the
new grades for the three inlets that were redone and did observe the
water running down the swales from the new swales that were paved to
the inlets. He stated that when the water is finished running there
are two small puddles that remain but he was sure that with traffic
going in and out of the driveway it would be displaced. He stated
that he thought the work was satisfactory. Mayor Kelly stated that
he just came from there and there was about an inch of water puddle
right in the alley and he does not think it will last six months with
cars driving through. Engineer Farina statedthat he was told that
the contract began at the South edge of the alley and it went to the
inlet, and that that portion drains. Mr. Goldberg stated that right
at the edge of the alley (indicating what he meant on a drawing) there
was a hook and the water stood because of the hook. Commissioner
