Home My WebLink AboutR-1974-065 RESOLUTION NO. 65 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A CITY MANAGER, CITY ATTORNEY, MUNICIPAL JUDGE, ASSIS- TANT MUNICIPAL JUDGE, CITY PROSECUTOR, POLICE CHIEF, FIRE CHIEF AND CITY CLERK- AUDITOR FOR THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA; AND PROVIDING FOR THE BASIS OF COMPEN- SATION FOR SUCH APPOINTEES: AND PRO- VIDING THAT SUCH APPOINTEES SHALL SERVE AT THE PLEASURE OF THE CITY COMMISSION i OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA; AND PRO- VIDING THAT ALL RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH ARE HEREBY REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING THAT THIS RESOLUTION SHALL BE IN FORCE AND TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY UPON ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA: I Section 1. - That Woodward M. Hampton be and he is i i hereby appointed to serve as city manager of City of Dania, jFlorida, at an annual compensation in the amount of $22 , 635. 00 i " per year. In addition, said Woodward M. Hampton shall be paid • rt an automobile allowance of $100. 00 per month and a travel allowance of $125. 00 per month during the time that he serves as city manager. I } Section 2 . - That Robert E. Dubow be and he is hereby appointed as city attorney of City of Dania, Florida, at an annual compensation in the amount of $14 ,120. 00 per year. In addition, said Robert E. Dubow shall be paid an allowance of $25. 00 per month for office expenses, stationery and supplies during the time that he serves as city attorney. Section 3 . - That Archibal M. Black be and he is hereby appointed as municipal judge of City of Dania, Florida, at an ! annual compensation in the amount of $5, 400 .00 per year. Section 4 . - That Clayton R. Wilkes be and he is hereby i appointed as city prosecutor of City of Dania, Florida, at an annual compensation in the amount of $5,400. 00 per year. i -1- I i I i t , Section 5 . - That George A. Shahood be and he is hereby i appointed as assistant municipal judge of City of Dania, Florida, at an annual compensation in the amount of $4 ,200 .00 per year. I Section 6 . - That Fred C. Willis be and he is hereby appointed as police chief of City of Dania, Florida, at an annual compensation in the amount of $14 , 884 .00 per year. I, Section 7 . - That John Lassiter be and he is hereby appointed as fire chief of City of Dania, Florida, at an annual 1 compensation in the amount of $15 , 986 .00 . i Section 8. - That Wanda Mullikin be and she is hereby appointed as city clerk-auditor of City of Dania, Florida, at an annual compensation in the amount of $13,230 .00 . I � Section 9 . - That all resolutions , or parts of resolutions , jin conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
