HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-1990-036 RESOLUTION NO. 36-90 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, INCREASING ITS GENERAL FUND BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1989-90 BY APPROPRIATING TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND ($25 , 000) FROM PRIOR YEARS SURPLUS AND MAKING LINE ITEM CHANGES BETWEEN DEPARTMENTS; AND PROVIDING THAT ALL RESOLUTIONS AND PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the budget of estimated revenues and appropriations for expenditures for the fiscal year 1989-90 has been approved by the City Commission of the City of Dania, Florida; and WHEREAS , certain changes to said fiscal year budget of appropriations for expenditures are now necessary. 1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA: •- Section 1 That the General Fund Budget for the fiscal year 1989-90 be and the same is hereby amended , deleted and otherwise changed as follows : APP.
