I AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF DANIA, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, BY ADDING A NEW
SECTION 2-2 ENTITLED "COLLECTION CHARGES ON DELIN-
QUENT ACCOUNTS" PROVIDING THAT COLLECTION COST BE
ADDED TO PAST DUE AND DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS REQUIRING
COLLECTION ACTION.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1 : That the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Dania, Florida, is hereby amended by adding a new Section
2-2, which section reads as follows :

"Section 2-2 . Collection Charges on Delinquent Accounts .

"All charges , bills, or assessments , made for goods
j or services , or otherwise made pursuant to an ordinance

1 of the City of Dania, if unpaid after 60 days from the
j
date the charge became due, shall be increased by an
amount of any reasonable attorney fee, court costs,
and collection costs incurred in the collection of
j
such charge. " i
Section 2 : That all sections or parts of sections of
the Code of Municipal Ordinances, all ordinances or parts of
j; ordinances and all resolutions or parts of resolutions, in }
y
conflict herewith be and the same are repealed ealed to the extent P

of such conflict,

Section 3 : That this ordinance shall be in full force j
