AN ORDINANCE SETTING THE REGULAR
MEETINGS FOR THE CITY COMMISSION
ON THE FIRST AND THIRD TUESDAY,
OF EACH MONTH,

WHEREAS, part II, Article 7, Section 3 of the Char-
ter provides that the City Commission shall meet regularly at such!
times as may be specified by ordinance and the City Commission de-
I
sires to set such times for the first and third Tuesday of each
month,
jj NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISS-
ION OF THE CITY OF DANIA:

Section 1: That the City Commission of the City
I
of Dania shall hold regular meetings on the first and third Tues-
day of each month and such other special meetings as they may from
I: time to time designate, i
j Section 2 : That all ordinances or parts of ordin- �
I
it antes in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to
I,
the extent of such conflict,

Section 3 : That this ordinance shall be in full
force and take effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
