ORDINANCE NO. 8

AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN LANDS IN
SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 42
EAST, BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM
EXISTING ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS TO NEW
ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS; AND RECONFIRMING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS AS TO CERTAIN
LANDS IN THE SAME VICINITY; AND REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
J BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA:
1 Section 1. That the following described lands, to wit,
a
NE;44 of NE-4 of SW4 of Section 35,
Township 50 South, Range 42 East,
Broward County, Florida,

be and the same are hereby rezoned from existing zoning classifica-
tions to R-3 zoning classification.

Section 2 . That the following described lands, to wit ,

Section 35, Township 50 South, Range
42 East, Broward County, Florida, !
be and the same are hereby rezoned from existing zoning classifica-
tions to B-2 zoning classification.

Section 3. That the zoning classification of the following

is hereby reconfirmed as being B-2 zoning classification.
Section 4. That all ordinances in conflict are hereby
