ORDINANCE NO. 79
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, MAKING
APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1975-76 BASED ON
THE GENERAL FUND BUDGET ESTIMATE OF $2,507, 178 REVENUES
AND EXPENDITURES AS SUBMITTED BY THE CITY MANAGER
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA

WHEREAS, the 1975-76 General Fund Budget estimate of the
revenue and expenditures of all City Departments, Divisions and Offices,
has heretofore been prepared by the City Manager of the CITY OF DANIA and
submitted to the City Commission, all as required by the Charter of said
City; and
WHEREAS, said proposed General Fund budget estimate for the
year 1975-76 was presented at public hearings held by the City Commission

sitting as a committee of the whole; '
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the General Fund Budget estimate for the

Fiscal Year 1975-76, a copy of the same being annexed hereto and expressly
i
{ made a part of this ordinance, showing a total of revenues and surplus of
i
I
i
$2,507,178 and a total expenditure requirement of $2,507, 178 all set forth
in detail in said budget attached hereto, be and the same is hereby approved,
i
i adopted and accepted as the General Fund Budget estimate of the CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA, for the Fiscal Year 1975-76,
I
i
Section 2: That there be and there is hereby appropriated
jout of the General Fund to several City Departments, Divisions, and Offices,
for the Fiscal Year 1975-76, the several sums as set forth in detail in the
attached budget.

Section 3: That the foregoing appropriations are hereby
declared to constitute the funds out of the General Fund which salaries and
I
I other necessary expenditures may be made, respectively, within each department
of the City of Dania.

' Section 4: That all Sections or parts of Sections of the Code
of Municipal Ordinances of the City of Dania, all ordinances or parts of
{
ordinances and all resolutions or parts of resolutions, in conflict herewith,

be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

Section 5: That thin Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect immediately upon its passage and adoption,
PASSED AND ADOPTED on first reading this 18 day of August, 1975.
