ORDINANCE NO. 74
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA, BY AMENDING SECTION 28-43 (a)
PROVIDING FOR A MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM
CHARGE FOR THE PARKING OF MOTOR VE-
HICLES AT THE PUBLIC PARKING LOT LY-
ING EAST OF THE INTERCOASTAL WATER-
WAY, COMMONLY DESCRIBED AS DANIA
BEACH, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE OF AUGUST 1, 1975.

j NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISS-
ION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:r .

+ Section 1 : This Section 28-43 (a) of the Code of
i
� Ordinances of the City of Dania, Florida is hereby amended to
i
read as follows :
(a) In the area set forth in Section 42-(a)

I' above the charge shall be a charge of One Dollar ($1.00) per motor,
vehicle; residents of the City of Dania may obtain an annual
j ! sticker for a motor vehicle in their possession in lieu of the
I above parking charge for the fee of Two Dollars ($2 .00) per motor

vehicle; non-residents of the age of sixty-two (62) years or older

may obtain an annual permit sticker for a motor vehicle in their
# it possession in lieu of the above charge for the fee of Fifteen
j Dollars ($15.00) per motor vehicle.

Section 2 : That all ordinances or parts of ordin-
ances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to :
i
the extent of such conflict.
Section 3 : That this ordinance shall be in force
I and take effect immediately upon its ' passage and adoption on
Second and Final reading.
