AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA, ADDING SECTION 33- PRO-
VIDING FOR A MANDATORY PLATING RE-
QUIREMENT BEFORE ISSUANCE OF CER-
TAIN BUILDING PERMITS .
jNOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
j Section 1 : That the Code of Ordinances of the City ':,

Jof Dania, Florida be and the same is hereby amended by adding
anew section entitled "Mandatory Plat Requirement", which saidi
section shall read as follows :

"Section 33- MANDATORY PLAT REQUIREMENT.
A building permit for a site shall not be
issued until an approved plat of the real property site isl
recorded in the Official Records Book of Broward County, j

Florida, except a plat shall not be required for additions
f ,
or alterations to an existing structure."
Section 2 : That all sections or parts of sections
of the Code of Municipal Ordinances, all ordinances or parts of
ordinances and all resolutions or parts of resolutions, in con- i
flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the ex-
tent of such conflict.
Section 3 : That this ordinance shall be in full
force and take effect immediately upon its passage and adoptions.
