AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
AND A LAND USE PLAN FOR THE CITY OF DANIA,
I FLORIDA.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF !
DANIA, FLORIDA:

Section 1. That the Code of Ordinances , Chapter 33 is

;I hereby amended by adding Section 33-16, entitled "Comprehensive
P
It Plan and Land Use Plan Adopted", which shall read as follows :
jj (16) COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND LAND USE PLAN ADOPTED

The Land Use Plan of the City of Dania, Florida,
dated May 5, 1975, a copy of which is maintained
in the Office of the City Clerk, is hereby adopt-
ed as the official Land Use Plan of the City of
Dania, Florida, Further, it is stated as policy '
that the Land Use Plan hereby adopted is a long
It Ij range guideline for future development that is
subject to revision and is not intended to either
create, eliminate or otherwise change any legal
rights or expectations ,

I! Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in force and '
take effect immediately upon its ' passage and adoption on the
Ij second and final reading.
