i' AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDIN-
ANC
ES OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA BY
ADDING SECTION 12-6 PROVIDING THAT IT
SHALL BE UNLAWFUL FOR ANY OCCUPANT OF A
MULTIPLE STORY BUILDING TO USE BARBECUE
GRILLS OR OTHER SIMILAR COOKING UTENSILS
ON THE BALCONIES, TERRACES, PORCHES OR
OTHER OPEN AREAS OF SUCH MULTIPLE STORY
BUILDINGS,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY

OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1, That the Code of Ordinances of the City ;
of Dania, Florida are hereby amended by adding Section 12-6 as
follows :
"Section 12-6. OUTDOOR COOKING ON BALCONIES
OF MULTIPLE STORY BUILDINGS PROHIBITED,

It shall be unlawful for any person
to use barbecue grills or other sim-
ilar cooking utensils on the
balcon-ies, terraces, porches or other open
areas of a multiple story building,"

Section 2 , That all ordinances or parts of ordin-
ances and all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict here-
with, be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict .

Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full
i;
force and effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED on first reading this 5th day
of May
1975.
PASSED and ADOPTED on second and final reading this
19th day of May 1975.
