ORDINANCE No. 590
AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING CERTAIN LOTS
j IN THE SUB-DIVISION KNOWN AS "SECOND
ADDITION TO ROYAL PALM VISTA " FROM
EXISTING ZONING CLASSIFICATION TO R-
3 ZONING CLASSIFICATION; AND PROVIDING
THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDI-
NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED
TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PRO-
VIDING THAT THE ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME
EFFECTIVE AS OF ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. That the reference herein to "Second Addition
to Royal Palm Vista" shall be deemed to refer to a plat of said
sub-division which has been under consideration by the City Com-
mission of the City of Dania, Florida, but which has not been
finally approved (prior to December 20, 1971) by the City Com-
mission of the City of Dania, Florida .
Section 2 . That all of the lots within the said sub-
division known as Second Addition to Royal Palm Vista are hereby
( re-zoned from existing zoning classification to R-3 zoning

classification with the exception of lots 1 and 2 . Said lots

1 and 2 shall retain their existing single family zoning classi-
fication and shall not be affected by the within ordinance.
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances

in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the
I i
extent of such conflict.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in force and
take effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
