ORDINANCE NO . 589
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE j
SUB-DIVISION KNOWN AS "SECOND ADDITION
TO ROYAL PALM VISTA "; AND PROVIDING
THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDI-
NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED
TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PRO-
VIDING THAT THE ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME
EFFECTIVE AS OF ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION.

I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the plat of "Second Addition to Royal
Palm Vista", be and the same is hereby approved.

Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts or ordinances
I
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the f

extent of such conflict.

Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in force and
take effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
