j AN ORDINANCE REZONING LANDS WITHIN THE GENERAL
AREA 300 FEET IN WIDTH, IMMEDIATELY EAST OF AND
ADJACENT TO THE EAST RIGHT—OF—WAY LINE OF FEDERAL
HIGHWAY, EXTENDING FROM THE DANIA CUT—OFF CANAL
ON THE SOUTH TO THE NORTHERN LIMITS OF CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA, FROM EXISTING ZONING CLASSIFICA—
TIONS TO B-3 ZONING CLASSIFICATION UNDER THE
a ORDINANCES OF CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA; AND PRO-
VIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
j IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF
{ SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE
SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE AS OF ITS PASSAGE AND
ADOPTION ON THIRD READING.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,

FLORIDA:

Section 1. That the following described lands situate,
lying and being in Dania, Broward County, Florida, to wit,
Those lands lying within the general area 300
feet in width, immediately East of and adjacent
to the East right-of-way line of Federal Highway,
extending from the Dania Cut-Off Canal on the
South to the Northern limits of City of Dania,
Florida,
be and the same are hereby rezoned from existing zoning classifica-
tions to B-3 zoning classification under the ordinances of the
City of Dania, Florida.
Section 2 . All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict

herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such

conflict.

Section 3 . This ordinance shall be in force and take

effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
