ORDINANCE NO. 585
AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING CERTAIN LANDS
LOCATED GENERALLY WEST OF PHIPPEN
' ROAD AND BETWEEN S . W. 3RD STREET
I AND STIRLING ROAD, DANIA, BROWARD
{ COUNTY, FLORIDA, ALL OF WHICH ARE
J MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THE
i WITHIN ORDINANCE, FROM EXISTING
Id ZONING CLASSIFICATION TO R-1 ZONING
I CLASSIFICATION; AND PROVIDING THAT
I
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH ARE HEREBY RE-
PEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT;
AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE
SHALL BE IN FORCE AND TAKE EFFECT
IMMEDIATELY UPON ITS PASSAGE AND

OF DANIA, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS, TO WIT:
{ Section 1. That the following described lands which
are located generally to the west of Phippen Road and between
S . W. 3rd Street and Stirling Road, Dania, Broward County,
Florida, the legal descriptions of which are as follows, namely,

cording to the plat thereof recorded

be re-zoned from existing zoning classifications to R-1 zoning
classification under the zoning ordinances of the City of Dania,
Florida.
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.

Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in force and

take effect immediately upon its final passage and adoption.
