AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING LOT 1,
BLOCK 21, NORTH HOLLYWOOD, AC-
CORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF
I RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 1,
PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA, SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING
AND BEING IN BROWARD COUNTY, FLO-
RIDA, FROM R-2 ZONING CLASSIFICA-
TION TO R-3 ZONING CLASSIFICATION,-
AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES
OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH ARE HEREBY REPEALED TO THE
EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PRO-
VIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE
IN FORCE AND TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY
UPON ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
lSection 1. That the following described property,

to wit,

Lot 1, Block 21, NORTH HOLLYWOOD,
according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 4, page 1,
Public Records of Broward County,
jFlorida, said lands situate, lying
and being in Broward County, Florida,
is hereby re-zoned from existing R-2 zoning classification to
R-3 zoning classification under the zoning ordinances of the
j City of Dania, Florida.
i Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances

in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
i
conflict.
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in force and
take effect immediately upon its final passage and adoption.
