ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING, BY REFERENCE,
THE RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF COUNTY
1 COMMISSIONERS, BRO'WARD COUNTY, FLO-
RIDA, WHICH BECOMES EFFECTIVE ON
AUGUST 1, 1971, AND WHICH PROVIDES
FOR A SCHEDULE OF AMOUNTS TO BE PAID
FOR STRUCTURAL, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL,
ZONING AND VARIOUS OTHER FEE PERMITS ;
AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR
PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HERE-
WITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH
CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDI-
NANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT

AND FINAL READING.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF

DANIA, FLORIDA:

! Section 1. That attached hereto and made a part
f hereof, by reference, is an uncertified copy of a resolution
i adopted by Board of County Commissioners, Broward County, Florida,
+j and which becomes effective in the unincorporated areas of Broward
County, Florida on August 1, 1971.
Section 2 . That the amounts to be charged by City of
i
Dania as charges for structural, plumbing, electrical, zoning
and various other fee permits shall be the same and in ex
act
conformity with the amounts shown on the attached resolution,
except that item a. , number 35 . , sewerage hook-up, sewerage
connection, shall be $5.00.

Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
iin conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force

and effect as of its passage and adoption on third and final
