AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING THE FOLLOWING DE-
SCRIBED LANDS, TO-WIT : TRACT "A" LESS
THE WEST 107.5 FEET THEREOF, DANIA BEACH-
WAY PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF,
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 22, OF THE
PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA,
BEING ALSO DESCRIBED AS : THE W 1/2 OF THE
NE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SEC-
TION 35, TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST,
LESS THE WEST 107.5 FEET: ALSO DESCRIBED
AS ALL OF BEACH VIEW PARK, LESS THE WEST
107.5 TWEET THEREOF, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 23, OF THE
PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA;
ALSO DESCRIBED AS ALL OF DANIA BEACHWAY
PARK, LESS THE WEST 107.5 FEET THEREOF,
ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN
PLAT BOOK 262 PAGE 22 , OF THE PUBLIC REC-
ORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA: SO THAT
SAID LANDS SHALL BE RE-ZONED TO C-2 ZONING
CLASSIFICATION: AND REPEALING ALL ORDIN-
ANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
G, WHEREAS, application has been made for a change of zoning
on certain land, the advice of the Planning and Zoning Board hav

1 ing been received, and due public notice published and public
hearing held,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the following described lands shall be
zoned as C-2 zoning classification:

TRACT "A", less the West 107.5 feet thereof,
DANIA BEACHWAY PARK, according to the Plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 22, I
i of the Public Records of Broward County, Flor-
ida, being also described as : The West 1/2
of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of
Section 35, Township 50 South, Range 42 East,
less the West 107.5 feet; also described as
all of Beach View Park, less the West 107.5
feet thereof, according to the Plat recorded
in Plat Book 11, Page 23, of the Public Rec-
ords of Broward County, Florida• also describ-
ed as all of Dania Beachway Park, less the

I thereof recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 22, of
the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.

Section 2 : That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in

� conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the ex-
tent

tent of such conflict.
Section 3 : That this ordinance shall be in force and take
Ieffect immediately upon its ' passage and adoption on second and
