HomeMy WebLinkAboutO-1971-579 ' e i } I� ORDINANCE NO. .f Z�! i AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING THE NE4 OF THE NE-4 OF THE SE4, SECTION 3, TOWN- SHIP 51 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST, BROWARD COUNTY, DLORIDA, FROM EXISTING ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS TO R-APARTMENT ZONING i CLASSIFICATION UNDER THE ZONING ORDI- NANCES OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA; AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HERE- WITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH { CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDI- NANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND TAKE EFFECT AS OF ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION 1 ON THIRD AND FINAL READING. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF 9 DANIA, FLORIDA: I Section 1. That the following described lands situate, f I lying and being in Broward County, Florida, to wit, NE4 of the NE-4 of the SE4, Section 3, Township 51 South, Range 42 East, Broward County, Florida, be and the same are hereby re-zoned from existing zoning classi- fications to R-Apartment zoning classification under the zoning ordinances of the City of Dania, Florida. I Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances I in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such i conflict. I Section 3.
