AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING THE NE4 OF
THE NE-4 OF THE SE4, SECTION 3, TOWN-
SHIP 51 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST, BROWARD
COUNTY, DLORIDA, FROM EXISTING ZONING
CLASSIFICATIONS TO R-APARTMENT ZONING

CLASSIFICATION UNDER THE ZONING ORDI-
NANCES OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA;
AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR
PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HERE-
WITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH
{ CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDI-
NANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND TAKE
EFFECT AS OF ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION
1 ON THIRD AND FINAL READING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
9 DANIA, FLORIDA:

Section 1. That the following described lands situate, f
I lying and being in Broward County, Florida, to wit,
NE4 of the NE-4 of the SE4, Section
3, Township 51 South, Range 42 East,
Broward County, Florida,
be and the same are hereby re-zoned from existing zoning classi-
fications to R-Apartment zoning classification under the zoning
ordinances of the City of Dania, Florida.

Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
I
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
i conflict. I
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in force and
take effect immediately upon its final passage and adoption.

PASSED and ADOPTED on First Reading on the 17th day
of May, 1971.
PASSED and ADOPTED on Second Reading on the 7 (!
day of 1971.

Gentlemen:
jRobert Graff and Mark Zenobia, the developers of the above described
property, agree to the following requirements set forth by the City of
1 Dania:
f1. To dedicate the necessary right of ways in accordance with
1 the requirements set forth by Mr. Hubert Walker of the City Building j
Department.
2. To construct necessary streets and access to the property as �
required by the City of Dania,
3. To provide in the internal design of the buildings constructed j
d facilities for garbage and trash collection which are both sanitary and
j
fire proof.
4. To have water and sewer lines properly engineered, designed
and approved by the city engineer.
5. The cost of the above items are to be borne by the developers.
6. That if construction is not begun within six (6) months zoning
will revert to the original classification.
