ORDINANCE NO .5 71
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE SUB-
DIVISION OF BLOCK 2,
� HENRY PARK,
ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 27,
PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY,FLORIDA, INTO A SUBDIVISION TO BE
KNOWN AS WAJO GOLF ESTATES; AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF WAJO GOLF
ESTATES; AND PROVIDING THAT ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED
TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT;
AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE
SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT
J AS OF ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION ON
THIRD AND FINAL READING
