ORDINANCE NO.- 573
I AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING CERTAIN LANDS
WITHIN CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, FROM
EXISTING ZONING CLASSIFICATION TO B-3
J ZONING CLASSIFICATION UNDER THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA,
J AND REREALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH;
AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL
I BE IN FORCE AND TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY
UPON ITS FINAL PASSAGE AND ADOPTION.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. - That the following described lands, to wit:

That portion of the following described
1{ real property lying 300 feet east of and
parallel to the eastern Right-of-Way of
i� U. S. Highway No. 1 (Federal Highway) ,
The East 300 feet of the North 42 feet
of Tract Two (2) of WYLDWOOD, as recorded
in Plat Book 21, Page 4 of the Public
Records of Broward County, Florida; TO-
GETHER WITH Tract One (1) of WYLDWOOD, as
recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 4 of the
Public Records of Broward County, Florida
LESS the following described Parcel:
Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said
Tract One (1) ; thence South 89 degrees,
43 minutes and 59 seconds East along the
South boundary of said Tract One (1) a
distance of 203.53 feet to a point; thence �!
North 70 degrees, 56 minutes and 19 seconds
West, a distance of 185.67 feet to a point
on a circular curve whose radius is 1877.08
j feet and whose center bears South 63 degrees,

classification to B-3 zoning classification under the Code of
Ordinances, City of Dania, Florida.

Section 2. - That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
jin conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such

take effect immediately upon its final passage and adoption.
