ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB-PARAGRAPH
(1) OF SECTION 2-1, CODE OF ORDINANCES ,
CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, AS PREVIOUSLY
AMENDED, TO PROVIDE THAT THE COSTS TO
BE ALLOWED AND TAXED IN PROCEEDINGS
BEFORE THE MUNICIPAL COURT, CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA, SHALL BE $8.00; AND
PROVIDING THAT SAID COSTS OF $8.00
i PER PROCEEDING SHALL BE IN ADDITION
TO OTHER COSTS, NOW PERMITTED BY
ORDINANCE, WHICH MAY BE ASSESSED FOR
TRAINING PURPOSES; AND PROVIDING THAT
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO
y THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PRO-
VIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE
IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AS OF ITS
PASSAGE AND ADOPTION ON THIRD AND
FINAL READING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That sub-paragraph (1) of Section 2-1,

Code of Ordinances, City of Dania, Florida, as same may have

been previously amended, be and the same is hereby further
amended so that said sub-paragraph (1) , after the effect of
i
the within amendment, shall read as follows :
" (1) The costs to be allowed and taxed
in proceedings before the municipal court for f
administering oaths to complainants and wit- t
nesses, subpoenas and other process, shall be
3 eight dollars . "

{ Section 2 . That the costs of $8.00 per proceeding
f
which shall be assessed, allowed and taxed under the provisions
r
J of Section 1. herein shall not include any costs, which may be
permitted by existing ordinances, where such costs are speci-
fically allocated and set aside for training purposes. That is,

the costs of $8.00 per proceeding which are allowed in Section
1. herein shall be in addition to any costs now permitted by
ordinance, where the proceeds are specifically set aside for

training purposes .
I Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.

Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in force
and take effect immediately upon its final passage and adoption.
