vORDINANCE NO. 561
i AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OR
PROPOSAL OF DONALD J. MOULTON
AND ALBERT SCHUDEL
TO LEASE THE FISHING PIER COMPLEX
AT DANIA BEACH, DANIA, FLORIDA,
FOR A TOTAL RENTAL OF $152 ,500.00
FOR THE TERM BEGINNING DECEMBER 1,
1970, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1975,
AND AUTHORIZING THE PROPER OFFICIALS
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA TO
EXECUTE SUCH LEASE; AND PROVIDING
{ THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDI-
NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE RE-
PEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT;
AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL
BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AS OF ITS
PASSAGE AND ADOPTION ON THIRD AND FINAL
READING.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF

DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the offer, bid or proposal of
Donald J. Moulton and Albert Schudel

jto lease the fishing pier complex at Dania Beach, Dania, Florida,
for a total rental of One Hundred Fifty-two Thousand Five f
Hundred and No/100--------------------Dollars ($ 152,500.00 ) ,

for the term beginning December 1, 1970, and ending December 31,
j 1975, is accepted.
ISection 2 , That the Mayor-Commissioner, City Manager
3 and City Clerk-Auditor be and they are hereby authorized and
instructed to execute on behalf of the city a lease with said
Donald J. Moulton and Albert Schudel `!

in accordance with all earlier instructions to bidders, notice
to bidders and form of lease agreement made a part of said notice. ';
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances '

I in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to
the extent of such conflict.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect as of its passage and adoption on third and
final reading.
