AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING CERTAIN
LANDS IN CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA,
J FROM EXISTING ZONING CLASSIFI-
CATIONS TO B-6 ZONING CLASSIFI-
CATION; AND PROVIDING THAT ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED
TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT;
AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE
SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT
AS OF ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION ON
THIRD AND FINAL READING.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION, CITY OF DANIA,

FLORIDA:
Section 1. - That the following described lands
situate, lying and being in Dania, Broward County, Florida, to
lwit,
j The West one-half (Wz) of the Southwest
one-quarter (SW4) of the Southeast one-
quarter (SE-4) of the Southwest one-quarter
(SW4) and the East one-half (Ez) of the
Southeast one-quarter (SE4) of the South-
west one-quarter (SW4) of the Southwest
one-quarter (SW-4) ; all in Section 23,
y Township 50 South, Range 42 East; and also
the West one-half (Wz) of the East one-
half (Ez) of the East three-quarters (E3/4)
of the South one-half (Sz) of the Southeast
one-quarter (SE4) of the Southwest one-
quarter (SW4) , less road right-of-way; all
in Section 23, Township 50 South, Range 42
East; and also the West one-half (W2) of
the East three-quarters (E3/4) of the South
a one-half (Sk) of the Southeast one-quarter
(SE4) of the Southwest one-quarter (SW4) ,
less road right-of-way; all in Section 23,

lands situate, lying and being in Broward
County, Florida,

tbe and the same are hereby re-zoned from all existing zoning

� classifications to B-6 zoning classification under the Code

of Ordinances, City of Dania, Florida.
Section 2 . - That all ordinances or parts of ordi-
nances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby

repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3 . - That this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect as of its passage and adoption on third and

final reading.
