AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE REPLAT
OF BLOCK 1, POINCIANA PARK, ACCORD-
ING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN
I PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 17, PUBLIC RECORDS
f OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER
j WITH ADJACENT LANDS, INTO A NEW PLAT
i
TO BE KNOWN AS "COZY COVE MARINA" ;
i{ AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES
OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT
OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING THAT
THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FORCE AND
TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY UPON ITS
FINAL PASSAGE AND ADOPTION.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY

OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the replat of the following described
jproperty, to wit,
I
Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, less the
West 24 feet thereof, and Lots 10,
11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 , 17, 18, 19,
+. 20 and 21, inclusive, Block 1,
Poinciana Park, according to the
plat thoreof recorded in Plat Book
5 , page 17, Public Records of Broward
County, Florida, together with adjacent
lands,

into a new plat to be known as "Cozy Cove Marina" be and the
i
same is hereby approved.
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in force and
take effect immediately upon its final passage and adoption.
