ORDINANCE NO. 551
AN ORDINANCE ASSESSING AN ADDITIONAL
AMOUNT OF $1.00 AS A COURT COST AGAINST
EVERY PERSON CONVICTED FOR A VIOLATION
OF A MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE, TO BE USED j
FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT EDUCATIONAL PUR-
POSES ; AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDI-
NAN
CES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN I
CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE
EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING
THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FORCE
AND TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY UPON ITS
FINAL PASSAGE AND ADOPTION.

I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 18, Chapter 69-111,
Florida Statutes of 1969, there is hereby assessed an additional
amount of $1.00 as a court cost against every person convicted
for a violation of a municipal ordinance in a municipal court,
City of Dania, Florida, with such additional cost to be used
for law enforcement education by the police department, City
of Dania, Florida.
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
i conflict.

1 Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in force and
I take effect immediately upon its final passage and adoption.
