BROOK, WHICH ARE MORE PARTI- CULARLY DESCRIBED IN THE BODY OF THE 1 ORDINANCE ANEr WHICH ARE A PART OF WYLDWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 4, PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM B-2 ZONING CLASSI- FICATION TO B-3 ZONING CLASSIFICATION UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA; AND PROVIDING THAT, BY UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF ALL COMMISSIONERS 1 PRESENT AT THE MEETING OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA HELD ON JANUARY 19, 1970, THE ORDINANCE BE INTRODUCED, READ THE FIRST TIME AND READ BY TITLE ONLY THE SECOND TIME AT THE MEETING OF JANUARY 19, 1970; AND t PROVIDING FOR THE READING OF THE ORDI- NANCE ON THIRD AND FINAL READING AT THE i MEETING OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA HELD ON FEBRUARY 2, 1970; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FORCE AND TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY UPON ITS FINAL PASSAGE AND ADOPTION. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA: i Section 1: That the following described lands which are owned by William P. Brook, also known as W. P. Brook, be i and the same are hereby re-zoned from B-2 zoning classification to B-3 zoning classification under the Code of Ordinances, City of Dania, Florida, with an exact description of the lands being ! re-zoned to B-3 zoning classification being as follows, to wit: i I i That portion of the following described real property that lies within the area bounded on the West by the Eastern right-of-way line of U. Highway No. 1 (Federal i Highway) , to wit: The East 300 feet of the North 42 feet of Tract Two (2) of WYLDWOOD, as recorded in Plat Book 21, page 4 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida; TOGETHER WITH Tract One (1) of WYLDWOOD, as recorded in Plat Book 21, page 4 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, LESS the following described parcel: Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said Tract One (1) ; thence South 89 degrees, 43 minutes and 59 seconds I East along the South boundary of said Tract One (1) a distance of 203.53 I feet to a point; thence North 70 degrees, 56 minutes and 19 seconds I West, a distance of 185 .67 feet to { a point on a circular curve whose 1 radius is 1877. 08 feet and whose t center bears South 63 degrees, 51 minutes and 59 seconds East; said j circular curve also being the East- erly Right-of-Way line of the Federal Highway; thence along the arc of said I circular curve a distance of 66 feet i to the point of beginning of this description; said lands situate, lying and being in Broward County, Florida; containing 0.28 Acres more or less; AND LESS the following de- scribed parcel: J; Beginning at the Permanent Reference j Monument at the Northwest corner of ! Section 3 : That this ordinance has been read and passed on third and final reading at the meeting of the City Commission of the City of Dania, Florida, held on February 2, i I 1970. Section 4: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such i 1 conflict.
