AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF ALL THAT PART OF
LOTS 18, 19 AND 21, BLOCK 3 , SOUTH
DANIA HEIGHTS AMENDED, ACCORDING TO
THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT
BOOK 6, PAGE 9, PUBLIC RECORDS OF
BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID LANDS
SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN BROWARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT IS PRESENTLY
ZONED C-1 ZONING CLASSIFICATION TO
B-2 ZONING CLASSIFICATION; AND PRO-

VIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH
BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH
CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING THAT BY
UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF ALL COMMISSION- !
ERS PRESENT AT THE MEETING OF DECEM-
BER 1, 1969, THAT THE WITHIN ORDINANCE �
BE INTRODUCED, READ THE FIRST TIME,
READ BY TITLE ONLY THE SECOND AND THIRD
J TIMES AND PASSED ON ALL THREE READINGS
AT THE MEETING OF DECEMBER 1, 1969; AND
i PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE
IN FORCE AND TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY
UPON ITS FINAL PASSAGE AND ADOPTION.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY

OF DANIA, FLORIDA:

Section 1. - That to the extent that any part of the
following described lands situate, lying and being in Dania, f
Broward County, Florida, to wit,

Lots 18, 19 and 21, Block 3, South
Dania Heights Amended, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 6, page 9, Public Records of
Broward County, Florida, said lands
situate, lying and being in Broward
County, Florida,
may be presently zoned C-1 zoning classification under the Code
of Ordinances, City of Dania, Florida, said lands be and the

i same are hereby re-zoned to B-2 zoning classification. Speci-
fically, it is the purpose and intent of the within ordinance
to provide that each of the above lots shall be zoned B-2
izoning classification.

J Section 2 . - That all ordinances or parts of ordi-
nances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent

of such conflict.

Section 3. - By unanimous consent of all commissioners
present at the regular meeting of the City Commission of the

City of Dania, Florida, held on December 1, 1969, the within

qj ordinance has been introduced, read the first time, read by

title only the second and third times and passed on all three
readings at said meeting of December 1, 1969.

Section 4. - That this ordinance shall be in force
I
and take effect immediately upon its final passage and adoption. j
PASSED and ADOPTED on First Reading on the lst day
of December, 1969. i
PASSED and ADOPTED on Second Reading on the 1st day
