1 ORDINANCE NO. 536
AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING THAT PART OF
ST. JAMES PARK, DELMAR, WHICH IS
LOCATED NORTH OF OLSEN JUNIOR HIGH
SCHOOL, WEST OF SOUTHEAST FIFTH AVE-
NUE, SOUTH OF SOUTHEAST TENTH STREET
AND EAST OF SOUTHEAST SECOND AVENUE, i
DANIA, BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM
EXISTING ZONING CLASSIFCATION TO R-
APARTMENT ZONING CLASSIFICATION; AND
PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE
REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; G
AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL
BE IN FORCE AND TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY
UPON ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION ON THIRD
READING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA:

Section 1. That that part of the subdivision
commonly known as St. James Park, Delmar, as bounded by the
following areas or streets, to wit,
North of Olsen Junior High School,
West of Southeast Fifth Avenue,
South of Southeast Tenth Street,
LL` ' and East of Southeast Second Ave-
nue, Dania, Broward County, Florida,

be and the same is hereby re-zoned from existing zoning
classification to R-Apartment zoning classification.

Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordi-
nances in conflict herewith be repealed to the extent of such k
i
conflict. j

Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in force
and take effect immediately upon its passage and adoption on

third reading.
