AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING CERTAIN LANDS
WITHIN CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, FROM
EXISTING ZONING CLASSIFICATION TO R-2
ZONING CLASSIFICATION UNDER THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES , CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA,-
AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH;
AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL
BE IN FORCE AND TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY
UPON ITS FINAL PASSAGE AND ADOPTION; AND
PROVIDING, BY UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF ALL
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT AT THE CITY COM-
MISSION MEETING HELD ON NOVEMBER 18,
1968, THAT THE ORDINANCE BE INTRODUCED,
READ THE FIRST TIME, READ BY TITLE ONLY
THE SECOND AND THIRD TIMES, AND PASSED
ON ALL THREE READINGS AT THE MEETING OF
NOVEMBER 18, 1968.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF

DANIA, FLORIDA:

{ Section 1. - That the following described lands, to wit,
I

Lot 16, Block 1, South Dania Heights,
Amended, according to the plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 6, page 9, Public
Records of Broward County, Florida, said
lands situate, lying and being in Broward
County, Florida,

be and the same are hereby re-zoned from the existing zoning classi-
fication to R-2 zoning classification under the Code of Ordinances,

City of Dania, Florida.

Section 2 . - That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
i
i
conflict.
j Section 3. - That this ordinance shall be in force and
i

take effect immediately upon its final passage and adoption.
Section 4. - That by unanimous consent of all com-
missioners present at the City Commission meeting of November 18,
i
1968, the ordinance has been introduced, read the first time,
read by title only the second and third times, and passed on all
{ three readings at the meeting of November 18, 1968.
