ORDINANCE NO. . 2 9
AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN LANDS
IN DANIA, BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA
FROM EXISTING ZONING CLASSIFICATION TO
R-APARTMENT ZONING CLASSIFICATION;
AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH;
AND PROVIDING THAT 'PHIS ORDINANCE
SHALL BE IN FORCE AND TAKE EFFECT IM-
MEDIATELY UPON ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. - That the following described lands situate, lying and being
in Dania, Broward County, Florida, to wit:
Parcel A:
Commence at the intersection of the north right-
of way line of Dania Beach Boulevard and the West
line of Section 35, Township 50 South, Range 42
East thence run northerly along said West Section
Line of Section 35, for a distance of 550 feet to a
point; thence run easterly along a .line 550 feet
north of, and parallel to the said north right-of.-way
line of Dania .Beach Boulevard for a distance of
111. 80 feet to the Point of Beginning for this des-
cription.
Thence continue easterly along the last described
course for a distance of 553. 12 feet to the east
line of the SW4 of NW; of the SW of said Section
35; thence run southerly along said east line of the
SWa of the NW of the SW1 of said Section 35 for,
a distance of 300 feet to a point; thence run West-
erly along a line 250 feet north of and parallel to
the north right-of-way line of Dania Beach Boule-
vard for a distance of 553. 24 feet to a point; thence
run northerly, in a straight line for a distance of
300 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning,
Parcel B:

The East Half (ED of the NW of the NW4 of the
SW - of Section 35, 'Ibwnship 50 South, Range 42
East, less the North 30 feet thereof; said lands situ- f
ate lying and being nCounty,gin Broward Florida.

The said lands are located generally between Dania
Beach Boulevard to the South, Northeast Second
Street to the North and Dania Jai Alai Fronton to
the West in Dania, Broward County, Florida,
be and the same are hereby rezoned from existing zoning classification to
R-Apartment zoning classification.
Section 2. - That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealea to the extent of such conflict.

Section 3. - Thatthis ordinance shall be in force and take effect im-
mediately upon its final passage and adoption.

1968.
