ORDINANCE No. 521
AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN LANDS
1N DANLA, BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA,
FROM EXISTING ZONING CLASSIFICATION TO
R-APARTMENT ZONING CLASSIFICATION;
AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH;
AND PROVIDIN G THAT THIS ORDINANCE
SHALL BE IN FORCE AND TAKE EFFECT
IMMEDIATELY UPON ITS PASSAGE AND
ADOPTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CONQSSION OF THE CITY OF

DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. - That the following described lands, to wit,

` A parcel of land in Section 34, Township 50 South, Range
j 42 East, Broward County, Florida, described as follows:
West' 181 feet of Blocks 1, 2, 3 and 4, together
i
with all of Blocks 5, 6, 7 and 8, of the amended
plat of Harbor Lawns No. 1, according to the plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, page 46, of
the Public Records of Broward County, Florida,
and all streets and drives lying between and adja-
cent to such blocks, with said lands located gener-
ally on the North side of Northeast Second Street,
to the East of Northeast Third Avenue and to the
West of the Catholic Church, Dania, Florida,

be and the same are hereby rezoned from existing zoning classification to
jR-Apartment zoning classification.

Section 2. - That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. "
Section 3. - That this ordinance shall be in force and take effect im-
mediately upon its final passage and adoption, f
