ORDINANCE NO. 51,7
AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN LANDS
IN DANIA, BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA,
FROM EXISTING ZONING CLASSIFICATION TO
j R-APARTMENT ZONING CLASSIFICATION;
AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH;
AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE
SHALL BE IN FORCE AND TAKE EFFECT
IMMEDIATELY UPON ITS PASSAGE AND
ADOPTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF' THE CITY OF

DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section I.- That the following described lands, to wit,
Ez of NE; of NE4 of SEQ of Section 34, Town-
s hip b0 South, Range 42 East, said lands situate,
lying and being in Broward County, Florida, and �-
located generally on tine South side of Northeast
Second Street, Ea:;t of Fronton Boulevard and
Northeast Fifth Avenue, Ertr�ndr,d, in Dania.,
Florida

J be and the same are hereby rezoned from e;:isting zoning classification to

R-Apartment zoning classification.

Section 2.- That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict

herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3.- That this ordinance shall be in force and take effect im-
mediately upon its final passage and adoption.
