AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT
OF SESSA ESTATES NO. 21 SAME BEING
A SUBDIVISION OF THE SOUTH 115. 0
FEET OF THE NORTH 279. 0 FEET OF
THE NZ OF THE NE'4 OF THE SW I OF THE
NE; OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 51 SOUTH,
RANGE 42 EAST, ALL BEING A PART OF
THE "REVISED PLAT OF BLOCKS 4 AND
5 OF HOLLYWOOD CENTER", ACCORD-
ING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED
IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 37, OF THE
PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA; SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING
AND BEING IN BROWARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA; AND REPEALING ALL ORDIN-
ANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING
THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN
1 FORCE AND TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY
UPON ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION.
" BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA:
j Section 1. - That the plat of Sessa Estates No. 2, same being a
subdivision of the following described property, to wit,
The South 115. 0 feet of the North 279. 0 feet
of the NZ of the NEI of the SW of the NE
of Section 3, Township 51 South, Range 42
East, all being a part of the "Revised Plat
of Blocks 4 and 5 of Holly
wood Center"
according to the plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 16, page 37, of the Public Re-
cords of Broward County, Florida; said
lands situate, lying and being in Broward
County, Florida,
jbe and the same is hereby approved.
Section 2. - That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

i Section 3. - That this ordinance shall be in force and take effect
immediately upon its final passage and adoption.
