AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSI-
FICAT'ION OF THE NORTH 150' OF THE SOUTH
200' OF THE EAST 150' OF THE WEST 150' OF THE
EZ OF THE SE; OF THE SW; OF THE SW OF SEC-
TION 2, TOWNSHIP 51 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST,
FROM C-1 ZONING CLASSIFICATION TO AP-1
ZONING CLASSIFICATION; AND REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING THAT
TICS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FORCE AND EF-
FECT IMMEDIATELY UPON ITS PASSAGE AND
ADOPTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. - That the zoning classification of the following described
property, to wit,
North 150' of the South 200' of the East 150'
of the West 150' of the Ez of the SE41 of the
SWI of the SWj4L of Section 2, Township 51
South, Range 42 East,
be and the same is hereby changed from C-1 zoning classification to AP-1
zoning classification.
• Section 2. - That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. - That this ordinance shall be in force and take effect immed-
iately upon its final passage and adoption.

1967.
