ORDINANCE NO. 523
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSI-
FICATION OF THE NORTH 150' OF THE SOUTH
200' OF THE EAST 150' OF THE WEST 239. 50' OF
THE SW 9 OF THE SE' OF THE SW OF SECTION
2, TOWNSHIP 51 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST, FROM
AP-1 ZONING CLASSIFICATION TO C-1 ZONING
CLASSIFICATION; AND REPEALING ALL ORDIN-
ANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE
SHALL BE IN FORCE AND EFFECT IMMEDIATELY
UPON ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. - That the zoning classification of the following described
property, to wit,
North 150' of the South 200' of the East 150'
of the West 239. 50' of the SW 1 of the SE;
of the SW a of Section 2, Township 51 South,
Range 42 East,
be and the same is hereby changed from AP-1 zoning classification to C-1
zoning classification.
a,> Section 2. - That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. - That this ordinance shall be in force and take effect immed-
iately upon its final passage and adoption.
