AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING CERTAIN LANDS
SOUTH OF DANIA BEACH BOULEVARD, DANIA,
BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM EXIST-
ING ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS TO B-2 ZONING
j CLASSIFICATION; AND PROVIDING THAT ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE
EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING
THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FORCE
i AND TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY UPON ITS
PASSAGE AND ADOPTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. - That the following described lands, to wit:
The North 400 feet of the East Half (EZ) of the
Northeast Quarter (NE4) of the Southwest
Quarter (SW4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW4)
of Section 35, Township 50 South, Range 42
East, lying South of the South Right-of-Way
line of Dania Beach Boulevard; said lands
situate, lying and being in Broward County,
Florida,
be and the same are hereby changed from all existing zoning classifications,
under the Code of Ordinances, City of Dania, Florida, to B-2 zoning classifi-
cation, under the Code of Ordinances, City of Dania, Florida.
Section 2. - That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewii,ii are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

Section 3. - That this ordinance shall be in force and take effect
immediately upon its final passage and adoption.
