AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 27-3(d), CODE OF
ORDINANCES, CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, CONCER-
NING WATER METER CHARGES; AND PROVIDING THAT
j ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CON-
FLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF
SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDI-
NANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE AS OF ITS PASSAGE
AND ADOPTION, ON THIRD READING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Section 27-3(d) as amended by ordinance number
360-A, adopted on third reading on March 19, 1956, as further amended
by ordinance number 431, adopted on third reading on April 3, 1961, be

and the same is hereby further amended so that said Section 27-3(d),
Code of Ordinances, City of Dania, Florida, shall read after the effect of
amendments and including the within amendment, as follows:
"(d) Meter charges. Every applicant for water service
at a location where water service has not been previously
furnished shall be assessed and shall pay a meter charge
in accordance with the following schedule:
"5/8 inch ---�---
1 inch
1-1/2 inch
� 2 inch
Section 2, That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such con-
flict.

Section 3. That this ordinance shall be effective as of its
passage and adoption.
