ORDINANCE NO. 516
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF THE SOUTH HALF
(SZ) OF LOTS ONE (1) AND TWO (2), AND
LOT NINETEEN (19), BLOCK ONE (1)
AND LOTS TWO (2) AND NINETEEN (19),
BLOCK TWO (2), DANIA GOLF VIEW,
ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 50
OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LANDS SITU-
ATE, LYING AND BEING IN BROWARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA; FROM R-1 ZON-
ING CLASSIFICATION TO R-2 ZONING
CLASSIFICATION; AND REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVID-
ING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE
IN FORCE AND TAKE EFFECT IMMEDI-
ATELY UPON ITS FINAL PASSAGE AND
ADOPTION.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY

OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. - That the zoning classification of the following des-
cribed property, to wit,
South Half (S?) of Lots One (1) and Two (2),
i and Lot Nineteen (19), Block One (1) and
Lots Two (2) and Nineteen (19), Block Two
(2), Dania Golf View, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 36,
page 50, of the Public Records of Broward
County, Florida; said lands situate, lying
and being in Broward County, Florida,

be and the same is hereby changed from R-1 zoning classification to R-2
zoning classification.
Section 2. - That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict

herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. - That this ordinance shall be in force and take effect
immediately upon its final passage and adoption.
