AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSI-
FICATION QF THE HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED
PROPERTY FROM A-1 ZONING CLASSIFICATION
TO A. P. -1 AMUSEMENT PARK DISTRICT ZONING
CLASSIFICATION; AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORD-
INANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF
i SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING THAT THIS
i ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FORCE AND TAKE EF-
FECT IMMEDIATELY UPON ITS FINAL PASSAGE
AND ADOPTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. - That the following described lands, to wit,
SE4' of the NW1 of the SW-';; SW1 of the M of the
SW1; SW1 of the NE of the SW1- Wz of the SE of
the SW1; NE1 of the SW1 of the SW1-,- Ez of the NW1
of the SW1 of the SW'; and the Ez of the SE1 of the
SW1 of the SW1; less the South 50' thereof for
Sheridan Street Right-of-Way and less the North
150' of the South 200' of the West 150' of the said
Ez of the SE1 of the SW4 of the SW-1 less the East
300' of the West 450' of the North 300' of the South
350' of the following described property:
The Ez of the SE1 of the SW1 of the SW5- and
the W2 of the SE' of the SW , and less any
^' portion of the -�.bove described property lying
outside of the city limits of the City of Dania,
Florida; all of the aforesaid property being lo-
cated in Section 2, Township 51 South, Range
42 East, Broward County, Florida; said lands
situate, lying and being in Broward County,

Florida,
be and the same are hereby changed from A-1 zoning classification to A. P. -1 Amuse-
i
ment Park District zoning classification.

Section 2. - That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. - That this ordinance shall be in force and take effect immed-
iately upon its final passage and adoption.
