ORDINANCE NO, 509
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFI-
CATION OF THE NORTH 673, OF THE WEST 425' OF
THE E 3/4 OF THE SE - OF THE NW , LESS CANAL,
SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST,
FROM B-2 ZONING CLASSIFICATION TO M-1 ZONING
CLASSIFICATION; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH•
AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE
IN FORCE AND EFFECT IMMEDIATELY UPON ITS
PASSAGE AND ADOPTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DAN7A,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. - That the zoning classification of the following described prop-
erty, to wit,
North 673' of the West 425' of the E 3/4 of the SE
of the NW 14, less canal, Section 35, Township 50
South, Range 42 East,
be and the same is hereby changed from B-2 zoning classification to M-1 zoning
classification.
Section 2. - That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. - That this ordinance shall be in force and effect immediately
upon its final passage and adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED on First Reading on the 6th day of
February 1967
PASSED and ADOPTED on Second Reading on the loth day of
February 1967.
PASSED and ADOPTED on Third Reading on the 6th day of
March 1967. r
