ORDINANCE NO. 502
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF SESSA
ESTATES, SAVE BEING A SUBDIVISION OF NORTH
164 FEET OF N- OF NE4 OF SW4 OF NE4 OF SEC-
TION 3, TUNNSHIP 51 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST
SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN BROW-
ARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND REPEALING ALL OR-
DINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE
SHALL BE IN FORCE AND EFFECT IMMEDIATELY
UPON ITS PASSAGE AND ADOPTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the plat of Sessa Estates, same being a subdivision of the
following described property, to wit,
North 164 feet of NZ of NE4 of SW4 of NE;- of
` Section 3, Township 51 South, Rai ge 42 East,
said lands situate, lying and being in Broward
County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby approved.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in force and effect immediately upon
its final passage and adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED on First Reading on November 21, 1966.
PASSED and ADOPTED on Second Reading on December 12, 1966.
PASSED and ADOPTED on Third Reading ofi�' February 6, 1967
